Rib's - Pork Rib's

Ok, I'm not from the good o'l USA, but I have been there recently. We had the pleasure of dining at a bloody good rib house in Chicago. I'll post a photo later if I can find it. The important thing here is to note, I've never made Ribs in my life, but I love them. Since returning from the US, we've made them three times, and I'm telling you I don't think you can go wrong with Ribs.
